How dangerous?: This depends on the level of danger required -- which can vary widely. Some people do become sexually aroused about having sex in public places (where they might be seen) etc. It's a variant of normal. However, if this is the only way you can enjoy sex, this could impact your relationship -- and is abnormal. Health is not about rigidity. You could see a sex therapist if this is the case.
