Not dangerous but…: It is not dangerous to get pregnant with an abnormal pap smear. But my advice would be to get the colposcopy done soon so that you know if there's an issue that needs to be addressed prior to pregnancy. A colposcopy is a simple office procedure that can be done very quickly. There is no reason to delay it a few months.
