Need glasses. that is why i'm wondering should i do some sort of eye exercise or go to to an eye specialist?

Eye specialist: You need a good evaluation of your vision, and an eye specialist (ophthalmologist, or optometrist also) can do this kind of exam. Eye exercises do not provide the same results that well-prescribed eyeglasses or contacts will be able to deliver.
