I have -900 in both my eyes, contacts are hard for me to wear alot and glasses gives me headaches alot, could i draw disability from not being able to see? i can't drive alone, i'm always needing help? definitely can't see at night?

No you can not file for disability unless your vision is uncorrectable to greater than20/200 in better eye and / or visual field testing with less than 10 degrees of visual field. Try different lenses for contacts and if not able wear your glasses, things will get better with wearing them full time.
