Probably no: The LASIK procedure essentially burns your current prescription into your cornea. With such a strong prescription, you near-sightedness is probably not stable, which means you will continue to become more near-sighted, even after LASIK. Assuming you are stable, you may not even qualify for LASIK because of the significant amount of laser treatment required. See you eye MD for a complete work-up.
