Hard to Say: A lot depends on the quality, location, and association with any neurological symptoms. Certainly if there are associated neurological problems like blurred or double vision, nausea or vomiting, dizziness, weakness or numbness--these would be serious. If the headaches increase in frequency or duration, that would be serous. Perhaps a formal evaluation by a neurologist might help to sort things out.
