Metallic mercury?: Mercury as the liquid metal will not dissolve into the eye or eye tissues, and will fall out simply by leaning forward and blinking. It is difficult to imagine the circumstance in which this might have happened? Did he do this on purpose for some reason? Or was it some mercury compound which might affect the eye in which case your ophthalmologist should be consulted.
