Eyelid bags : May be familial or due to retained fluid... Check salt intake. Some "bags" are fat that herniates from the eye socket due to chronic rubbing. Dark circles are due to thinning of the skin of the lids letting the muscle underneath show through. Cosmetic surgery is available if you want to go that route!
