Why did you get CXR : What was wrong that led your doctor to get blood work and imaging? Did you have fever, weight loss, cough, etc? That can help direct what else might be going on. Lots of things can lead to mediastinal lymphadenopathy like tb, endemic fungal infections, sarcoidosis, lymphoma, but they usually have several other symptoms as well. Make sure you go back for follow up.

Talk to GP: This could be due to histoplasmosis or sarcoidosis in which case no further treatment is needed. But it could also be a lymphoma or other cancer. Your gp can advise you if a biopsy is needed. If you decide to wait, you need follow up to make sure that there is no progression.
