Get checked: Did cultures actually grow something or was it just "dip +". If it showed blood and no bacteria on culture then you need to get a ct stone study. Abdominal ultrasound is a good screening study and shows when the kidney is backed up but it's not really good for stones. You may have a small stone in the ureter causing all your symptoms.
