Increased urination w/ fatigue, 7 days later lower left back pain. No pain or blood with urination. No fever, cramps, nausea, vomiting, and no period or spotting. LNMP unknown. Sexually active. Birth control method- IUD. STI screen NEG. Preg or UTI?
