Needs further eval: Any infant with those concerns requires an in-person consults including a thorough physical exam. "Gasping" may invoke a range of problems non of which should be ignored. The more common possibilities include silent episodes of reflux, nasal congestion/obstruction, enlarged adenoids e.g obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and more serious concerns that involve the sleep centers of the brain
