Stitches out: Not unless you have developed bleeding or discomfort as a result. Most times the stitches dissolve on their own and when they start to break down and dissolve they pop out. You may want to call the surgeon to be sure however.

Probably not : But you should call the doctor who removed the teeth tomorrow to see if you can wait or need to be seen sooner than your next scheduled appointment to be safe.
