Yes: Hair loss from removing cradle cap is temporary and it will grow back. But if hair is coming out with "scratching", i'm concerned you are scratching too hard. Best to massage scalp for several days with baby oil, then gently remove the scale with a brushing with baby brush. If that doesn't clear it up, shampoo scalp once a week with a tar based shampoo.
