More needed: You need more thyroid hormone to make TSH 1. Hair will eventually come if there no other reasons.

Hypothyroidism: Among many others, hair loss can be one symptom of hypothyroidism. With a TSH of 4.53 you may have this condition, and you're on thyroxine. Your hair may grow back as your thyroid problem is corrected, but it may take several months.
