Dizzy: A feeling of dizziness can be due to (in order of most common): dehydration, infection (virus: though usually have fever) diabetes, other endocrine or autoimmune condition, vertigo, menieres disease, tumor. See your md to be sure there your blood pressure and all other blood counts are normal. If so, see ent.
