Having severe pain that comes and goes on my right side pelvic area. im on my period but it doesn't feel like regular cramps?

Female organ cause: I am not a gyn md (pain md), but the cause is likely from the pelvic organs. You should have a full gyn exam(pelvic), and if the doctor suspects anything (mass, etc), you will need an ultrasound. Many times pelvic pain does not hjave an identifiable cause., however. Often the doctor will recommend a diagnostic laparoscopy (looking inside abdmoen) but more often that not these scopes are negative.
