Mittleschmerz: Usually, ovulation occurs 14days prior to the onset of your cycle. Your pain in the left lower quadrant may mean you felt your ovulation or had a cyst rupture. The hormone shift from estrogen to Progesterone may be responsible for the breast pain. If the pain in the pelvis is severe see your obgyn or er doctor to confirm nothing more serious. May be worthwhile to get a preg test as well.
