Don't want to destroy baby fetuses that size unless there is an enormously important reason such as a big birth defect, a case of rape, or the mother's health is endangered by pregnancy. Women in the US are free to ask their Ob-Gyn doctors about surgical abortions, but this fetus may be too old for an abortion.
