Awesome!: Think about those times when it is so hot you can barely take a deep breath. Then, put on your jacket, mittens, and hat and go for a vigorous walk. You will warm up. You will take off your hat and mittens and open up your coat. You will be able to exercise as much as you can endure. I do this in -10 degree c weather and it feels great.
