The other day as i was sitting my neck suddenly turned (not sure if spasm). cant move it left right ..feels sore pain should i be worried what is that?

Still present?: If came/went, sounds like a spasm, which may still be case if still present, but could be other (like torticolis), and should be evaluated by dr if still present.
