i think i pulled a muscle in my neck from picking my son up. it is stiff and sore on left side can't move head to left and right. what can i do 4 it?

Ice, rest, NSAIDS: I agree you may have pulled a muscle. Rest (if possible with a young child) , ice (20 minutes 3 x day), antiinflammatories and/or tylenol (acetaminophen). If does not improve, go see your family physician.
