?question: I'm sorry - i'm not sure what you mean by "a liquid is releasing in brain". However, your type of stroke is likely not from atherosclerosis. It is more like thrombotic and possibly vasospastic. Therefore, if you've stopped smoking and the Estrogens (presumedly you have), your risk of a second stroke would be very low. Are you taking an aspirin?
