I had a car accident 8 months ago. i have a tear in front and back of my left shoulder and i get surgery soon for it. i get spasms how can i stop them?

Treat the pain: I feel bad for your experience. Muscles spasm from pain so the question is why are your muscles in pain. It is likely due to scar tissue breaking and remodeling. I would do physical therapy and consider massage therapy. In my experience the anti spasm drugs alter your mind more than they help your body. Good luck.
