Glad you asked: I'll defer to the psychiatrists (i'm not one) for their answer. But i wanted to chip in... (1) finding the right medication for an individual patient is often a matter of trial and error; (2) ocd isn't being managed completely without some insight / behavioral therapy; (3) attention to things going on in your life that you or some intervention might improve may be worthwhile.
