Possible virus: It should go away within 2 weeks. If not, i would suggest seeing a physician for an evaluation and treatment.

Clear bumps: They can indicate several things, usually some sort of herpes type situation most are painful but don't have to be. Also, some stds would manifest as such. I would suggest if they have been there a while, or not, that you see your physician and maybe get some tests done.
