Clear liquids: Give clear liquids such as pedialyte, water, ice chips, or popsicles. Give small amounts (about a teaspoon full) every five minutes or so. When she can keep that down consistently you can slowly increase the amount. When she goes 8 hrs without vomiting you can start bland foods.

Seek help now!: Prolonged vomiting can be caused by many things. Vomiting itself is a concern due to dehydration or having electrolytes in the body getting out of ballance. Hoewever, there may be another underlying cause that a physician can help you sort out.
