If you are training.: ...Like you say and eating a healthy diet, then you should have fairly regular bms and not be bloated. If, however, you are exercising excessively, are as thin as a model, and still think you're bloated because your belly protrudes a bit more than the rest of you, then this suggests a distorted body image(thinking you're fat when you're not) and an eating disorder. Talk to your doctor. Good luck.
