Is bloating a normal part of digestion? i regularly get bloated after eating, by the end of the day i can be pretty bloated. i could be eating to fast and also walk around soon after. no stomach pain or other symptoms?

Bloating is not normal. Try to reduce your intake of food at any one sitting. If that does not work you may need to do trial and error to see if some foods are more problematic than others. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine.
