Reality: Welcome to the real world. Over indulging leads to weight gain, bloating and not feeling well. Granted most of the weight gain is the byproduct of what you consumed and it is slowly working its way through your colon. But, to manage that food your body is most likely also holding on to fluids (another cause of the rapid weight gain) to make sure it does not get stuck in the GI tract.
