Need more informatio: Abnormal white cells usually means leukemia but it can occasionally be due to a lymphoma, which typically manifest as enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, groins or in the chest/abdominal areas.Since you have breathing probelms, i assume you have had a chest x-ray or a ct scan of the chest and abdomen. I am sure your doctor would explain to you the exact diagnosis that he suspects.
