Over Drive: Cold hands and feeling your heart could be manifestations that your "sympathetic" part of your nervous system is in over drive. This part of the nervous system does release adrenaline type substances that can result in the symptoms you mentioned. Is there a situation creating stress/anxiety ? If so, consider exploring why/what/who is creating this tension in order to determine your next steps
