Get good sleep: That's a tough schedule. But the key to having a normal life with this schedule is good sleep. If its impossible to change your schedule to make it the same shift thru out the week, you must make sure you are sleeping at the same times urging the day in a quiet darkened (consider room-darkening window shades). Melatonin may help. Friday will still be hard. Hope this helps.
