Family practice : I recommend seeing a dr to examine your ear and let him remove it rather than a family member or friend.

Don't worry: Its nothing dangerous first of all. You can try to gently flush it out with warm water (don't use q-tips) and if not successful see and ENT doc who will fix it in a heart beat.
