Keep a sleep log for: a visit with your pediatrician. For delayed-onset sleep, hypnogogia (hallucinations or peculiar sensory experiences during transition to sleep) &/or daytime drowsiness, you need a sleep study for medical diagnosis, a psychologist for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & a psychiatrist for diagnosis, as you may have anxiety/depression. Do not skip meals. Do not drive till you're sleeping well.
