I have a cluster of bumps that look like skin tags on one of my inner thighs that never went away. i had it since i was in middle school and im confused on how i get them. i did not become sexually active until after high school so its not warts?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a dermatologist. If these are indeed skin tags, it would not be hard to remove the lesions. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Unlikely to be warts -- probably skin tags, or one of several kinds of birthmark. You really should see a dermatologist for an in--person examination to get a precise diagnosis.
