Don't Know!!!: This drug is not available in the us. You must be getting it from mexico. This drug is a powerful steroid medication which can help with arthritis, but it has many side effects if taken for any length of time. It can have effects on your liver, pancreas, and blood clotting factors. You need to stop this drug and see your doctor for some blood tests.
