My 8 mth old has had crusty green eye drainage and a stuffy nose for the last 2 days. do i need to call the doctor?

Are eyes red?: If her eyes are particularly red, might be a good idea to see a doc for possible treatment for conjunctivitis (pink eye). If eyeballs themselves are not red, then sounds more like a cold at this point and okay to watch at home for now. See a doc if develops lots of fussiness/pain, poor sleeping, poor eating, fever > 102 for a couple days or you are concerned about how child is acting.

Viral infection: Based on the weather most likely viral, keep hydrated, clean the eyes with plain water and observe.
