Seek a dermatologist: Keloid is a benign hyperkeratinic skin growth which is mostly cosmetic. A dermatologist will be able to safely remove the growth.

Dermatologist: Effective treatment of keloids is readily available and quite easy, e.g. with injection of cortisone-like drugs and others. Any competent dermatologist, and many family physicians, can provide effective care.
