See dermatologist : If it is an acne cyst, it can be injected with a kenalog (triamcinolone) injection in the office and it should improve within 48 hours usually. Oral and topical antibiotics are prescribed as well in most cases if needed. See a dermatologist to treat this.

Cyst: The pimple may be a cyst and may have to be lanced. If it doesn't clear up within a few days it would be best to have it looked at by your physician.
