Possible impetigo: Acne rosacea or "adult" acne is red bumps that don't come to a head and a clear liquidy stuff can be expressed with squeezing. So that's what it sounds like what you started with. But it sounds like your aggressive squeezing has caused an infection and that will need to be treated by a doctor with prescription antibiotic.
