It depends: A man is at his best body weight if he has little or no body fat and is competitive at his favorite sport. This varies with build and interests. A lot of nonsense is written about "ideal weight". A gold-medal runner is likely to be "underweight". A zero-bodyfat football linebacker is likely to be "obese". Focus on fitness, rather than a number.
