See dermatologist: Prior to seeing a dermatologist, i would suggest starting with over-the-counter acne regimen. Get Proactiv line (benzyol peroxide based) or cetaphil oil control foamy wash(salicylic acid). You can get effaclar cream by la-roche possay at a pharmacy and try it. Be sure to use a moisturize since use of these products will significantly dry your skin out.
