Yes, please: The pain you are describing may be due to many different problems, of which appendicitis is the most concerning. While most people would be quite ill 3 days into an episode of appendicitis, some cases can smolder & lead to worse problems left untreated. This is best sorted out by a face-to-face evaluation--please don't delay.
