Get checked: There are several things that can cause pelvic pain. Usually the uterus will hurt more so than the ovaries. Other causes are bladder, abdominal wall spasm, intestinal pain. Your doctor can get help isolate the location of the pain. Good luck.

First of all u are : Not sure if your pain is really from the ovaries. The pain could also be coming from the intestine, ureter, bladder etc. If it's from the ovary, enlargement and rupture of ovarian cyst can explain your discomfort. A pelvic ultrasound may be in order.Follow up with your gyn. Take care!
