I get bad stomach aches after eating food especially veg. i also get stabbing pains in my lower back, even if just standing up. could it be ovaries?

Not likely: Pain that is consistent after eating food is very unlikely to be related to the ovaries. Usually this type of pain is from the gastrointestinal tract or gallbladder. Best wishes!

Not related: Stomach aches after eating suggest acidity or ulceration which can be easily treated with different medicines. For this and for the lower back aches, which could be due to ovarian cysts etc, please see your primary care doctor soon. Good luck!
