Ask your doc about single ingredient stimulant of amphetamine, such as dextroamphetamine and/or ask your doc to consider a nonstimulant such as Guanfacine or Clonidine (though each will lower BP and could have issues with bupropion) best wishes!

Yes: You have mentioned three of the controlled-release (long-acting) stimulants used to treat adhd. There are other short and longer acting adhd medications you have not tried such as straterra and dexedrine (dextroamphetamine). Talk it over with your health care provider to find the right treatment for adhd for you.
