Any lump or fibrocys: Fibrocystic changes which is another term for dense breast can hurt if you have a specific lump it can be removed if it hurts even if it is benign, for fibrocystic changes vit e 400 day can help some people, if bad enough u can take parlodel, (bromocriptine) also anti imflammatories, in very severe cases a subq mastectomy can be done and then get an implant, your OB can refer u to a breast specialist.
