Need more: information on the ultrasound appearance to give an opinion on follow-up, but if it is not in the breast, it is not breast cancer. However, if the mass is suspicious on ultrasound or physical exam, it may need further work up.

If you are worried: If you are really worried about it, a needle biopsy in the surgeon's office would give you more information at a lower cost. Discuss this with your primary care provider who can do an exam and give you more guidance. Best wishes.
