Do the trigger points that are related to fibromyalgia exist most of the time or just in times of pain?

See details: They are more obvious when the disease is more active and may be absent if the fm is under very good control.

Vary in sensitivity: It is likely that on a thorough exam at least some of the trigger points can be found all the time unfortunately this exam might also glare them up.

Follow anatomy: ? if fibromyalgia (FM) trigger points exist all time, even when not pained. Trigger points are actually attachment sites of tendons & ligaments on bone prominences existing on joint bone contours. As such these sites regularly incur biomechanical stress in body tower struggling to remain upright within gravitational field. These sites are commonly pained in persons with isolated regional injuries.
