Sensitivity: With fibromyalgia many patients are acutely aware of sensations in there body. Being this aware cause you the feel thing that may be normal and to someone else are not felt. The sensations may actually be the heart beating that you felt but may be feeling elsewhere. Your pulse can be sensed in many locations and it may be this pulse you feel.
